Film archivist David (Rupert Evans) suspects his wife Alice (Hannah Hoekstra) is cheating on him. Meanwhile, her colleague Claire gives David an old movie tape. This tape contains footage of a brutal murder being committed in the house where they lived in 1902. Learning that there are murders in the house they live in, David begins to believe that there are other creatures in the house under stress and pressure. Realizing that his wife is cheating on him, his wife disappears. The police suspect that David is behind this situation.
