Nell is back, her demons too... In the second movie, which picks up where the first movie left off, Nell Switzer, who gave birth to an evil child through a cult during a demonic ritual, is found hidden in the forest. He fled from there after he was covered in mud and frightened. Nell is examined by doctors, but has no memory of the past few months. He just knows that his family died as a result of what happened. She moves to Davro and tries to put her life in order with the help of psychotherapist Frank Merle. She even starts dating a young man named Chris and works at a local hotel. But Nell senses something is wrong. The demon that possessed her in the first CHANGE pursues Nell. The devil wants Nell, but in a different way than before...
