Steve Tobias is a talented agent working undercover for the CIA. On his latest mission, he is tasked with tracking down a French smuggler who is after a Russian submarine. On top of all this, she has to take care of her son, who is about to get married. As a result of the chaos experienced when his son meets the father of the girl he is going to marry, he suddenly finds himself on the run from the FBI and notorious terrorists. Worse still, there is the future bride's father, Jerry. And Jerry is such a wild person that even watching airline commercials excites him.
