In 1989, Maria Rossi (Susan Crowley) received a call from the helpline and was informed that she had brutally murdered three people. Twenty years later, his daughter Isabella (Fernanda Andrade) is haunted by what happened that night. To find out if her mother is mentally ill or possessed by evil spirits, she goes to Centrino Hospital in Italy, where her mother is imprisoned and imprisoned for the insane with impunity. When Isabella recruits two young exorcists (Simon Quaterman and Evan Hellmuth) who use unconventional methods that combine science and religion to heal her mother, she is confronted by four extremely powerful evil spirits, all possessed by pure evil.
