The Big Year 2011
Three rival men take part in a birdwatching competition where they observe some of North America's rarest birds. However, every difficulty they encounter in nature is actually a reflection of their daily lives. Owen Wilson, Jim Parsons and Jack Black star in the film, which is an adaptation of the 1998 book The Big Year: A Tale of Man, Nature, and the Obsession with Birds by swindler Mark. The screenplay adaptation of the film directed by David Frankel, who also directed various television series and made a name for himself with The Devil Wears Prada, belongs to Howard Franklin.
