Sarah Tobias is raped by a gunman outside the bar she goes to. After the incident, he immediately applies to the police and Katherine Murphy is appointed as the lawyer. Murphy doesn't cling to the case because of the rape woman's previous conviction and unfortunate past. As a result, rapists receive the lightest punishment. Sarah refuses to accept this and expresses her anger towards her lawyer. Thanks to this reaction, Murphy realizes that he made a mistake. As a new case is opened, both women get to know each other better in this process.
