Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem begins with the turtle brothers, who have been protecting the world from humans for years, yearning to win the hearts of the New York citizens and live among them as normal teenagers. As they strive towards this goal, their journalist friend April O'Neil takes on the task of introducing them to the public and helps them in their mission to defeat a mysterious criminal organization. However, they soon realize they have bitten off more than they can chew when a massive army of mutants is unleashed upon them.
