Surfer finds that his former residence has changed drastically when Dude 2008 Movie Surfer Steve returns to Malibu. His new sponsors feature him in video games and reality shows. But he wants to spend his vacation surfing. He is broke, cheated by his friends and gets into difficult situations. Thanks to her manager, mentor, guardian angel, and summer love, she tries to get things done, but it won't be easy. All it needs is waves.
