Stigmata 1999

The Vatican sends priest Andrew Kiernan (Gabriel Byrne) to a Brazilian village to investigate the allegation. Allegedly, blood is flowing from the eyes of the Jesus statue. While the priest is investigating the accusations, another interesting event occurs in the city of America: strange wounds appear on the body of a woman named Frankie Page (Patricia Arquette). and was diagnosed with Stigmata. There are some reports from the time of Jesus to the present day. While investigating these two events, the priest also questions his 1900-year-old faith.
