In New Orleans, devastated by a storm of lawlessness, troubled detective Sean Riley deals with both the death of his young son and the abandonment of his wife. Possibly suspended from the unit, Riley teams up with young homicide detective Will Ganz to help solve a series of brutal murders that have plunged the city into a serious gang fight. The two soon realize that worse things exist than they could have imagined.
