Silent Rage 1982

Dan Stevens is the sheriff of a small Texas town. A man who loses control kills 2 people in the house. The sheriff who comes home also tries to kill Dan, but Dan stops him and arrests him. The killer, put in a car, tries to escape, but is shot dead and taken to a medical school. Dr. The Three Doctors, led by Philip Spiers, are unable to save the murderer, but bring him back to life using a formula they've been working on. While it doesn't sound like much, the formula makes the killer invincible. Unlike other doctors, D. Tom Hulman wants to neutralize the murderer. Sheriff Dan Stevens must stop this murderer who is killing everyone.
