Robin Hood 2010

In 13th century England, Robin and his band of bandits rise up against the village's corruption and challenge the kingdom to change the balance of power between the king and his subjects. And whether criminal or hero, this man with a simple past becomes a symbol of freedom in the eyes of the public forever. Robin Hood follows the life of a master archer who used to be concerned only with his own safety and later served in King Richard's army against the French. After Richard's death, Robin travels to the city of Nottingham, struggling with high taxes as well as a ruthless, despotic sheriff, where he falls in love with Lady Marion, a brave widow who doubts this jungle hero's identity and intentions. Trying to win the heart of Lady Marion and save the village, Robin assembles a mob whose deadly fighting skills only match their appetite for life. Robin and his people embark on great adventures when their country is weakened by decades of war, weakened by the ineffective rule of a new king, and vulnerable to internal revolts and external threats. This incredible hero and his followers have decided to save their country from a bloody civil war and once again bring glory and honor to England.
