Heather, trapped by a repressive family dynamic revolving around her alcoholic mother, finds herself sidelined in the hockey team she longs to join and confined to her own home during every full moon. Struggling against the suffocating forces of her small northern town, Heather embarks on a battle for her own life. When she enters the intriguing world of figure skating, her existence is unraveled, exposing her sexuality and personality. Jonny, portrayed by Amandla Stenberg, and Heather, portrayed by Bobbi Salvör Menuez, possess an explosive chemistry on screen, playing with attitude, style, and ferocity. Heather's situation is far from a typical werewolf story, serving as one of the many reasons for her alienation. Luckily, Jonny is more than willing to accompany her in the outskirts of town, bringing her joy and acceptance.
