In Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, the underworld and street gangs are out of control and the city is run by cops collaborating with the mafia. Most of the illegal business and drug trades in the country are conducted here. Our main character, Lucy, is a young and attractive lady. The ordinary young woman meets a man named Richard and spends a few nights with him, but in a way she doesn't understand, she finds herself in the middle of the worst drug networks. They implant a newly invented synthetic drug into the woman's body, who is involved in the schemes of the drug lord. Thanks to the chemical substance circulating in his veins, he suddenly gains incredible abilities, and while he can only use 10% of the human brain, he begins to use it all, revealing powers such as mind reading, moving objects, and desensitization to pain. The return of the young woman who has started to use her brain at full capacity will be amazing!
