Underrated cameraman Joe Schaeffer seeks personal salvation when he is brutally beaten in front of his daughter by office bully Mark McKinney. He begins taking martial arts lessons from the B-movie star. As word spreads that Joe will fight Mark again, people suddenly begin to recognize and appreciate Joe. Increasing in popularity, Joe faces some discrimination within the company. Enjoying all the attention, Joe starts preparing for this fight and looks forward to the big day.
