While investigating an inexplicable bank robbery, Danny (Ben Affleck) finds himself descending a rabbit hole and discovers that his daughter's disappearance is connected to other secret events. With the help of talented psychic Diana Cruz (Alice Braga), she pursues a deadly ghost (William Fichtner), the only man she believes holds the key to finding her daughter. He'll soon discover more than he ever bargained for and will eventually have to question his most basic assumptions about everything and everyone in his world.
