In the production of Green Street Hooligans, written and directed by German woman director and writer Lexi Alexander, we are faced with a shocking film that tries to explain that football is not football anymore... Matt, a successful student at Harvard University, is studying journalism. and one day he gets kicked out of school when his friend's drug substance gets out of Matt's bed. Settling in with her older sister, who is married to an English man, Matt starts hanging out after meeting her brother-in-law's brother, who is a huge Wes Ham United fan. Matt, who has no knowledge and interest in football, suddenly finds himself in the group of fans they call Green Strees Elite. Matt starts hanging out with Ben and his band, going to games and even continuing his senseless fanaticism to vent the sense of violence he's accumulated over the years...
