State agent Jack Taggart avenges the suspicious murder of his colleague. Clues take him to Jackson, Kentucky. However, strange things happen in a town that fascinates people with its nature. Orin, one of the wealthy residents of the city, helped with the disposal of toxic waste in the area with his son and people, and in return, he received a large amount of money from the organizations that he agreed with. The townspeople fear Orin, who has turned into a mafia, and turn a blind eye to what's going on. Toxic substances stored in abandoned mines will devastate Jackson. Jack Taggart sets out to prevent a possible environmental disaster. Taggart's task is to identify those responsible for soil pollution.
