Thoracic surgeon Dr. Xia is summoned back to the hospital to treat an emergency patient, only to be trapped inside when an unknown virus outbreak locks down the entire facility. Alongside hundreds of healthcare workers, patients, and their families, Xia must navigate the chaos and uncertainty as they all become prisoners within the hospital walls.
