Kosuke and Natsume grew up like brothers and have been friends since childhood. However, their relationship begins to deteriorate after Kosuke's grandfather Yasuji dies in sixth grade. One summer's day, Kosuke and his classmates infiltrate a haunted apartment complex scheduled to be demolished. Kosuke and Natsume grew up here, so it's home to many of their memories. There, Kosuke meets Natsume and is asked if he knows about the mysterious Noppo. The friends suddenly find themselves in a mysterious event. When they regained consciousness, there was a vast ocean before them. Drifting through the unknown waters of an apartment complex with Kangsuke and the others, they band together to try to survive. There will be tears, fights and even reconciliations in this adventure. Will they be able to return to their original world? They have a journey like saying goodbye to summer.
