Kate Matheson (Halle Berry) is an experienced shark diver. While diving, his teammate dies in a shark attack. In a state of shock, Kate cannot cope with the consequences and retires from her profession. But one day, his ex-girlfriend Jeff (Oliver Martinez) introduces him to a wealthy businessman named William Brady. Brady wants to dive into the shark-infested sea. He asks Kate to guide him as well. Kate accepts the offer but is unaware of the danger that awaits her. synthesis
