In the movie, four Midwestern couples take the trip of a lifetime to a luxury paradise island. While one of the couples goes there to save their marriage, the other three couples head out to jet ski, enjoy the spa and have fun in the sun. However, they soon realize that it is imperative to attend the resort's extraordinary couples therapy. All of a sudden, the holidays they get a group discount are costing them.
