Love between a man and a woman, about the love between a mother and son, My Soul Mate is a fantasy adventure about love, a mystical and supernatural journey about love. The film follows two different plots, one in 1960 and the other in the present, but they run parallel to each other. In one story, Jacqueline, a single mother in 1960s Paris, is ready to sacrifice everything for her son with Down Syndrome, and in another story, a famous DJ from Montreal gets a bad divorce from his wife.
