Peter Sanderson, a self-employed lawyer whose life is going well, is fully committed to his job after his wife, Kate, left him. He still loves Kate very much, misses her madly and tries to figure out where he went wrong and why Kate left him. One day, to add some excitement to his monotonous life, he starts chatting with a woman he met online. At first everything seems normal. A woman named Charlene says she is a lawyer. After a while, Peter begins to feel that he loves this woman, whose face he hasn't even seen. He thinks it's time to meet now. And one day, when he opens the door, he finds a woman in front of him. But this is a completely different woman from Peter's dreams. Charlene, who has nothing to do with being a lawyer, is the 'other' person who escaped from prison to see her. From that moment on, an unusual relationship begins between them. After saying she's innocent, Charlene enlists Peter's help in clearing her name. Worried that a noisy woman, Charlene, will disrupt his normal life, Peter tries to get rid of her, but his efforts are in vain. On top of that, his attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife and his relationship with the wealthy potential Miss Arness are in jeopardy.
