A group of ninja warriors rescue a boy from a shipwreck. Believing in the myth that one day a mighty white warrior will join their ranks, the ninja adopts a boy, mixes him with this great warrior, and raises him as a ninja. However, as the years go by, the boy they call Haru grows up and it becomes clear that he is not well-suited for a warrior.
