During the era of the Aztec empire, Yohualli Coatl's world is turned upside down when his father falls victim to the cruelty of Spanish conquistadors. Determined to alert King Moctezuma and the esteemed high priest, Yoka, about the impending threat, Yohualli flees to Tenochtitlán. Under the guidance of his mentor in the temple of the bat god Tzinacan, he hones his skills and crafts innovative tools and weapons to combat the impending Spanish incursion and seek justice for his father's untimely demise. Along his journey, he crosses paths with formidable individuals such as the fearless Jaguar Woman and the notorious conquistador Hernán Cortés, each playing a pivotal role in shaping his destiny.
