Willie and Marcus plan to rob a mall together every year over the Christmas break. This year, they make a similar plan, posing as Santa Claus and aiming to rob the mall. However, Thurman Merman, an 8-year-old boy, begins to hide in their hiding place, the mall. Thurman is a lonely boy neglected by his family, and Willie and Marcus befriend him by pretending to be Santa Claus. In the process, Willie and Marcus are unexpectedly reunited when their business there turns upside down and Thurman begins to fill the void in his life.
