Film takes place on Elm Street. Nancy Thompson, with a divorced family, gossipy friends, a boyfriend who wants more than he can give, and a dirty brown hat; It follows the most popular horror movie character, Freddy Krueger, with his red and green sweater, knife-filled gloves, and burnt face. When Nancy's best friends, Tina and Tina, are brutally murdered alone with Rod in her bedroom at night, everyone is blamed for Rod's murder, including Nancy's father, Donald Thompson, who is a superintendent. Later, when Freddy haunts Nancy with her nightmares, she realizes that her three best friends are having the same nightmares, and her mother Nancy tells the true story of Freddy, Nancy; Convinced that the real murderer is Freddy, not Rod, he takes an aggressive stance against Freddy, who only appears in nightmares, and tries to get him out of his fantasy world.
