Xtinction: Predator X (2010)

When her father mysteriously vanishes, Laura LeCrois, a divorcee, is compelled to return to her hometown after a two-decade absence. The place is vastly different from her memories. Her father is drowning in debt, her former lover is now the town sheriff, and her ex-husband, a once-renowned professor, is suspiciously acquiring swampland. To stave off financial ruin and occupy her time, Laura decides to revive the family's failing boat tour business through the Louisiana swamps. During her inaugural sunset tour, they witness a shocking scene as two swamp dwellers discard a body into a gator pit, only to reveal a far more horrifying creature lurking.
