Two decades have passed since a series of pivotal events unfolded, yet the Time Enforcement Commission (TEC) remains a formidable force. Brandon Miller, a devoted TEC operative, is convinced that altering history is their duty in order to create a brighter future. However, his colleague Ryan Chan vehemently opposes this idea and tragically ends up taking the life of the woman Brandon holds dear during their heated disagreement.
