In the summer of 1994, the streets of New York were filled with hip-hop music. The new governor, Rudolph Giuliani, is trying to eliminate noisy portable radios, alcoholics and graphic artists. A drug dealer and friendless boy, Luke often has trouble with his family; He also doesn't trust girls at all. His therapist, Dr. He makes a deal with Squire; Luke will give her medicine in exchange for a session. Doctoral Squires, on the other hand, was unhappy that his young wife had left him.
