Michael Mason, an American thief living in Paris, unwittingly steals a very important bag and suddenly becomes the top target of the CIA. San Bbriar, one of the CIA agents, begins to investigate the case and realizes that Michael is a pawn in a dirty game. At the same time, he realizes that Michael will be of great help in this planned conspiracy, and then, ignoring all orders, he cooperates by taking advantage of his pickpocketing expertise.
