The Rifleman of the Voroshilov Regiment (1999)

In a storyline that epitomizes the post-Soviet era, we encounter a group of wandering individuals who cunningly entice an unsuspecting teenage girl to their apartment. With the offer of a drink, their intentions soon become clear as they intimidate and subject her to a horrifying gang rape. Unfortunately, the local authorities prove to be utterly inept in pursuing justice against these vile perpetrators, hindered by none other than the corrupt chief of police who happens to be the father of one of the scoundrels. Frustrated by the endless evasion of justice, the girl's grandfather takes matters into his own hands, seeking vindication and retribution.
