A group of scientists explore Romania's hidden forests. Scientists who discovered a secret cave during their research report the situation to American researchers. Believing that this cave may belong to a new ecosystem, biologists are expanding their research. Jack and his brother Tyler are professional explorers who are among the best divers in the world. Two brothers come to Romania with all their equipment. They have the ability to stay underwater for up to 24 hours with the newly invented special diving snorkel. A big explosion occurs at the entrance of the underwater cave they are in and the diving team is stuck in the cave. Together with two brothers, Charlie and Buchanan, they embark on a challenging 24-hour adventure. But what they discover inside the cave is far from friendly.
