System Crasher (2019)

Benni is a 9-year-old girl who has been harassed, has anger control problems due to the traumas she has experienced, and her only wish is to return to her mother. For social workers, in a system that needs to be maintained, she is a “case” they cannot overcome, or rather a malfunction in the system. Nora Fingscheidt, who won the Alfred Bauer Prize in Berlin with her first film, manages to immerse us in Benni's world with a very well written script and a great child actor performance.
