In a quaint seaside village in the 1970s, a secret smuggling ring thrives. The key players in this operation are Chun-ja, a determined smuggler just trying to get by, her close friend Jin-suk, who oversees a team of skilled female divers, and the infamous Master Sergeant Kwon - known as the reigning king of smugglers across the country. The village may seem peaceful on the surface, but beneath the facade lies a world of intrigue, danger, and betrayal.
