Milyang - Secret Sunshine 2007 Movie Piano teacher Shin Ae, who decides to move to Miryang, the hometown of her deceased husband, with her young son Jun, meets Jung Chan, a service man who comes to fix her car that broke down on the road. Shin Ae wants to buy a piece of land from Lay, which means "Hidden Sunlight" in Chinese, and open a music school there and settle down permanently. Learning that he has savings in the region, his son Jun is kidnapped for ransom. Unable to save her son despite paying the ransom, Shin-e's already existing crisis of faith deepens and she finds herself in a tragic life cycle where she cannot decide what is right or wrong.
