A pair of veteran NYPD detectives track down a serial killer who is illegally trying to keep the peace. After 30 years of working together in the oppressive environment of the New York City Police Department, highly trained detectives David Fisk and Thomas Cowan should be ready to retire, but they're not. Before removing their badges, they are summoned to investigate the murder of a man known for human trafficking.
