After Tim tragically loses his brother Sean to suicide, he decides to document the funeral as a way to cope with his grief. As he sifts through Sean's belongings, Tim stumbles upon a series of cryptic notes and recordings that hint at Sean's obsession with an obscure online myth about a failed government mind control project. Intrigued and disturbed, Tim delves deeper into this urban legend, uncovering a dark and twisted world that Sean had become entangled in.
