Police officers in the child protection department of the police station deal with many different situations every day. They arrest child abusers, get little pickpockets, ponder their emotional relationships while eating, talk to abusive parents, try to take statements from children, witness the worst situations, and have to try to live a normal life. The Home Office has hired Melissa to document the unit for a documentary, and Fred, who is very sensitive, will have a hard time dealing with it. The cops in the unit are faced with real-life situations every day and they have to balance their private lives as well.
