The only dream of Dusty, a single propeller, 680 horsepower town plane, is to become a successful aerobatic plane. But air racer, the design and structure of these planes is very different from it. Plus, Dusty has a fear of heights! Knocking on the door of Navy pilot Skipper, the brave Dusty seeks help from this master plane. Skipper trains Dusty to get him to the point where he can beat the reigning champion Ripslinger. Despite his limited equipment, Dusty is so brave that he aims to fly to heights he could not even dream of before, and gives courage to those who follow him with admiration.
