Years have passed since Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell, known as 'The Chain Breakers,' fled a brutal Vietnamese POW camp. Now, they find themselves confined once more, this time within The Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. Each harbors an unfulfilled dream, compelling them to unite once again in an audacious plan to escape their current captivity. However, the landscape of their battle has shifted.
