Rizwan is married to an Indian widow, Mandira, and they live in San Francisco. After the events of September 11, Rizvan was detained at the Los Angeles airport for "suspicious" behavior. Radha, the therapist he met after his arrest, helps him recover from this situation and illness. Later, Rizwan embarks on a journey to meet Obama and clear his name.
