The movie tells the story of Noah. Noah is forced to move into his mother's new husband's estate, leaving his city, girlfriend and friends behind. There, Noah has a hard time adjusting to their new stepbrother Nick because their personalities are different. However, Nick's cuteness, rebellious and sickly temperament turns Noah's world upside down and a passionate romance begins between the two.
