An ancient ship was found during excavations in a cemetery outside of Rome. It is believed that this mysterious coffin-shaped vessel was used to store the ashes of the dead. Led by art student Sarah Mandy, the ship opens and unleashes the third witch, Mater Lacrimarum, who spreads evil and savagery throughout the world. With the return of this powerful and scary witch, chaos begins in the city, bad women from different parts of the world come to the city and cause havoc. Possessing superpowers, Sarah Mandy is the only person who can save Rome.
