Maximum Conviction (2012)

Tasked with decommissioning a desolate prison, ex-black ops specialist Cross and his partner Manning find their routine assignment shattered by the arrival of two enigmatic female inmates. The situation escalates rapidly as a highly skilled mercenary unit storms the facility, their sights set on these new prisoners. As the women's true, dangerous identities surface, Cross discovers he is a pawn in a much grander and perilous game, one where allegiances are blurred and survival is a desperate gamble.
