Sylvie, a woman in her late fifties, unexpectedly finds love in the arms of Michel, a rough and rugged man she meets while he is behind bars. Together, they share the dream of starting anew by running a quaint flower shop, leaving their troubled pasts behind. However, Sylvie's son Abel is filled with doubts and fears about Michel's criminal background, causing tension and disapproval within the family.
