Leningrad (2009)
In 1941, as Nazi Germany's forces relentlessly encircled Leningrad, foreign journalists were evacuated, yet Kate Davies, one among them, was mistakenly declared dead, left behind in the besieged city. Together, they embark on a desperate fight, not only for their own survival amidst the brutal siege, but also for the preservation of the city and its dwindling population. Their bond becomes a beacon of hope in the face of unimaginable adversity, testing the limits of human resilience.
