The story of two high school students, Troy and Gabriella, who are in love with each other, this time in a holiday village. Sharpay helps him find a job at the family resort so he can spend the summer with Troy. Although this may seem like a setback in Troy at first, a surprise awaits him at the resort. Saddened by Gabriella's absence for the summer, Troy is overjoyed to learn that Gabriella has also started working as a lifeguard at the same facility. Extremely worried about this situation, Sharpay now just wants to separate Troy and Gabriella and attends the Talent Contest to be held at the facility with Troy. However, with the support of his other friends Chad, Taylor, Martha and Kelsey, Sharpay's evil plan is foiled and Troy and Gabriella attend the Talent Show.
