When a man named Michael Myers murders four innocent teenagers during the 1978 Halloween celebrations, extensive investigations are initiated and Myers is visited by a group of investigators in the prison where he was imprisoned. At the same time, people start preparing for Halloween, as they do every year, and among them is Laurie Strode, who came face to face with Myers 40 years ago. Looking forward to confronting Myers, Laurie now wants to express the vengeance she has been holding on for years. In order for him to take his revenge, Myers must escape from prison and his wish will finally come true...
